You like knowing someone’s there for you, but at-the-same-time you enjoy the autonomy of choice in terms of when you train and how it fits into your schedule week-by-week.

I was scared to do something wrong and have someone judge me, or worse yet get hurt. While I still wouldn't say that I love working out, I feel so much more comfortable in the gym. I have purposely stayed off the scale, HOWEVER, I have had many friends and family members tell me that they can tell the difference since I started. I knew my old way of cardio wasn't giving me the results I wanted so I thought I'd try strength training. I’m an adventurous rebel living in Charlotte, NC who prides herself on being a sleep-dependent, coffee-loving, dog mom.

In 2020 I went from solely in-person coaching to online in a matter of weeks with the help of this little thing called the pandemic and now I have the pleasure of helping others (just like you!) all over the world get in their best shape so they can invite more play & adventure into their life!
