“I knew that I needed to get in shape, but I didn't know what to do or where to begin. Gyms were (and still are) terrifying. I was scared to do something wrong and have someone judge me, or worse yet get hurt. While I still wouldn't say that I love working out, I feel so much more comfortable in the gym. “I originally started training with Jenna because I no longer had access to my regular gym and I wanted to keep progressing towards my weight loss goals, but since working together my focus has changed. I’m less focused on losing weight and all-in on getting stronger. I can definitely see a difference in how strong I feel.
