If you’re anything like me, you're looking to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to training. I’m here to help you get stronger, improve mobility, and gain athleticism. But, even more my friend, you’ll gain freedom to do the things that matter most to you!

You’re not here for a cookie-cutter plan. You want a program [and coach] you can trust. You’re busy, so wasting time in the gym ain’t it. You need a program served to you on a silver platter, and I got you covered. This is where you’ll enjoy your gym-time again, know what you’re doing makes a difference, and (re)ignite that athlete inside. You spend 3-6 hours a week exercising. It’s my job to make sure you’re moving pain-free & getting stronger so you can actively tackle the other 18-21 hours in your day.

What does customized programming look like?

MOBILE BODY

you’ll learn to stabilize certain joints while mobilizing others, with the purpose of preventing injury and increasing control in your end ranges. 

MUSCULAR BODY

muscle growth precedes strength gains & power. we’ll start with building muscle through purpose driven hypertrophy-based work.

STRONG BODY

a strong, balanced body is the goal. gain strength through progressive main lifts and complimentary accessory work. 

POWERFUL BODY

a powerful body is an athletic body. gain power through explosive strength-based movements and plyometrics. 

CONDITIONING

your aerobic base if the basis of all activity. we’ll work through energy systems development, if needed and/or desired.

SUPPORT

i’m a text away. you can expect check-ins based on your individual needs.

squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, pull up bar or machine, full cable machine set up, seated cable machine or bands, lat pull down cable machine, mini bands, barbell bench set up, incline bench, box for box jumps/high box step ups

AT-HOME:

your body, mini bands, a step/chair/box, two same weight dumbbells, at least one “heavier” dumbbell

After following the training program Jenna wrote for me, within 6 months, I’d lost the majority of the baby weight and was able to fit into my wedding dress for my big day!! Throughout our time together my body changed, but so did my mindset around fitness. I’m not as hard on myself now if I don’t do a 1-hour heavy-weight workout. My goals are more realistic (aka just try and move for 20 minutes) but I’ve found that I end up doing more some days because I’m not setting myself up for failure.
